It's a Portland Triple! The Firecracker Triple is all about Portland. From downtown Portland you are about equal distance to all three races. The triple will feature the beautiful Fanno Creek/Greeway trail in Beaverton (about 10 miles from downtown Portland), the amazing views of Mt Hood along the Springwater Corrider Trail in Gresham (about 15 miles from downtown Portland) and also the beautiful country roads at Sauvie Island (about 14 miles from downtown Portland). Portland has a lot to offer in the summer! The weather should be warm and sunny and over 4th of July weekend there is lots do. So take the opportunity to see Portland!

Fort Vancouver Fireworks Show - Fort Vancouver hosts the largest fireworks display west of the Mississippi River.
Waterfront Blues Festival - For those that like blues music this is the place to be! Every year on the 4th of July weekend Waterfront Park in downtown Portland is filled with great blues music. The festival is free with a suggested donation to the Oregon Food Bank.
Portland Fireworks Event at Oaks Park - Oaks Amusement Park will be open all day with rides, food and a special fireworks display in the evening!
